Appearance: light and dark theme
Pick the theme in Settings, “Appearance” section. The app is dark by default.
The app comes in a dark and a light theme. Dark is the default. Light is easier to read in bright sunlight; dark is gentler on the eyes in the evening.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of any tab to open Settings.
- Scroll down to “Appearance” (Оформление) and choose Light or Dark.
- Tap “Restart” (Перезапустить). The app restarts in the new theme and the open screen closes. The choice is saved on this phone.
What stays dark. Photo and video viewing, stories, the camera, the QR scanner and the film editor — on a dark background your shots look the way they were taken.
The map. In the light theme the map is light too; the 3D and satellite buttons work as usual.
The theme does not switch while a ride is being recorded, so the recording is never interrupted. Your choice is kept and applied once you stop recording.
A “Match system” option, where the app follows your phone’s theme, arrives with the next app version in the App Store, RuStore and Google Play.
