Your own outing with friends
A private outing comes together in a minute: invitations, RSVPs, and the route — all on one page.
- Tap “Create” and choose “Event” → outing.
- In the “Main” block set the date, meeting time and meeting point — the region fills in by itself. Without a name the outing is named after its date.
- Invite your people: invitations go out to friends, and the “Attending / Maybe / Not attending” answers show up on the outing page.
You can invite your club to an outing — any member of the club can do it. An outing card goes to the club chat, club members get one notification, and the outing appears in their calendar and under “Upcoming rides” on the club page. An answer on the chat card is an answer on the outing: the card and the outing page show the same numbers. The same club can’t be invited twice.
Additional. This block is collapsed and isn’t needed for a regular outing. It holds the description, the route (a GPX file) and the outing page design: a cover, a line under the title, “About the outing” rows and groups by level. Empty fields aren’t shown on the outing page. The fields are the same when creating and in “Edit outing”.
